Corina Stewart is a 34-year-old single mom, small business owner, and student at Savannah Technical College, recently graduating with her Business degree and now working to complete her Marketing degree. Her plans after completing the Marketing degree is to transfer and earn her Bachelors in Christian Ministries to become a traveling inspirational speaker through a Women’s Survivor Missionary campaign she is building. Corina has had the privilege of serving in many leadership capacities including president of her college’s SkillsUSA chapter, president of their Student Government Association, and president of Business Professionals of America. She is a two-time gold winner at the SkillsUSA Georgia State Conference for Community Service and a recipient of the All-Georgia Academic Scholar award. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, being actively involved in her church, zip lining, kayaking, reading, and spending time with her family. Corina is deeply honored to serve on your 2024-2025 SkillsUSA Georgia Postsecondary State Officer team and be your partner in success and excellence.

Rashell Tanner is a 31-year-old Design and Media Production Technology student at Augusta Technical College. She is passionate about technical education and spends most of her time outside of class with the Student Government Association, Phi Theta Kappa, and representing Augusta Tech as their G.O.A.L. student of the year. She enjoys bringing students together and encouraging them to take advantage of every opportunity that campus life and education has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys bicycling, kayaking, and spending time with her husband and their 13-year-old dog!
Secretary, Shelby Colbaugh

Shelby Colbaugh is a 20-year-old from Gainesville, Georgia, currently working toward an associate degree in Health Information Management Technology at Lanier Technical College after completing her diploma certification in 2024. Shelby strives to help others, taking on many leadership positions at her college such as president of Club HIP (Health Information Professionals, they’re HIP!), vice president of her local SkillsUSA chapter, parliamentarian of the Student Government Association, and communications specialist of the Video Game Club. She is also a Computer Information Systems Lab Assistant (IT Helpdesk) Work-Study at the college. She started as a GED graduate at Lanier Tech with points that earned her degree level courses in her Accuplacer, and has worked her way through many personal hardships, overcoming obstacles with the knowledge that she is enough. She strives to create an environment for other students, like her, to feel safe and heard during tough times, and to know it’s okay to not be okay. During the free time she has outside of Lanier Technical College, she enjoys playing video games with her fellow officers and members of the Video Game Club, spending time with her significant other, and playing with her beloved cats, Pinto and Smol Bean.

Lilliana Cabaniss is an 18-year old from Madison County, Georgia. In her free time, Lilli enjoys reading, hiking, art, gaming, and spending time with loved ones. With a passion for igniting creativity and radiating positivity, Lilli proudly serves as a state officer for SkillsUSA Georgia Postsecondary. She hopes to orchestrate vibrant initiatives, championing the aspirations of SkillsUSA members across the state. Bringing a wealth of leadership experience, Lilli cultivates inclusive spaces at Athens Technical College, where she holds esteemed positions in various organizations. Pursuing an associate degree in engineering, she aspires to work in conservation, driven by her belief in education's transformative power and a dream of a better, cleaner world. With purpose as her compass and dedication as her fuel, she aims to empower Georgia's postsecondary community as a 2024-2025 state officer.

Joseph De Lima is a 19-year-old from Duluth, Georgia. He is currently majoring in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Lanier Technical College. During his time in SkillsUSA, he has been awarded a gold medal in his high school senior year for CNC 2-Axis Turning. During his second semester in college, he placed silver for Technical Drafting and hopes to continue achieving throughout his time. Before SkillsUSA, he was one out of four first time Georgia high schoolers who were invited by NASA to present a project he and his team made. In his free time, he loves going to Anime and/or gaming conventions, spending time with friends and family, doing some engineering crafts at home like laser engraving or 3D printing, or going to anime events to continue boosting up his own anime shop business he is starting! Joseph is excited and honored to be part of the 2024-2025 SkillsUSA Georgia Postsecondary State Officer team and cannot wait to put his creativity and passion to work!
